The  fresh noodle production line is a fully automatic production equipment specially developed for small and medium-sized customers. This machine is composed of a composite extrusion machine, a corrugated extrusion machine, a flat roller extrusion machine, and a noodle cutting machine, etc. 

The structure of this machine is well-designed. Different-sized corrugated rollers are used for the pressing of the surface layer, which can effectively enhance the formation of transverse gluten in the noodles, resulting in a better taste of the produced noodles. 

This machine is equipped with an optical control system and a variable frequency speed regulation system, ensuring consistent tension and smooth operation of the equipment. It has a high degree of automation and only requires two people to complete the production process. 

● This machine's reducer uses the Japanese JAF reducer, which requires no maintenance for its entire lifespan. It can be customized with features such as reciprocating folding, zigzag folding, and surface fermentation boxes according to customer requirements. 

This machine is suitable for the production of high-hygroscopic food products such as fresh noodles, dumpling wrappers, and wonton wrappers.
